This website is provided for general information about MassMedia services. Visitors should not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it or copy content without permission.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes should be confirmed in writing and may depend on the agreed brief, location, dates, deliverables and any travel or production requirements. A booking is not confirmed until MassMedia accepts it in writing and any required deposit has been received.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, permissions, people, locations, products and materials needed for the shoot. Delays or missing access may affect the final deliverables or cost.

Payment

Payment terms should be set out in the quote or invoice. Late payment may delay delivery of final files or future work.

Cancellations and postponements

Cancellation and postponement terms should be agreed before booking. Costs already incurred, reserved time or third-party expenses may be chargeable.

Copyright and usage

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, copyright in photography, video and audio work remains with the creator. The client receives agreed usage rights for the final delivered materials. Raw files are not included unless specifically agreed.

Revisions

The number and scope of revisions should be agreed in the quote. Additional editing, re-shooting or changes outside the original brief may be quoted separately.

Liability

MassMedia will take reasonable care in providing services, but liability should be limited to the value of the relevant booking where permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
