How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible for fixed dates. Short-notice work may be possible depending on availability and the size of the brief.
How quickly are files delivered?
Turnaround depends on the job. Simple photography can often be delivered faster than larger video edits. The delivery date should be agreed before booking.
Can content be supplied for social media?
Yes. Crops, short edits and platform-ready exports can be included in the brief.
Who owns the copyright?
Copyright and usage should be agreed in the booking terms. As a draft position, clients receive agreed usage rights for the final delivered content.
Do you travel?
The site currently positions MassMedia for Teesside and UK work. Travel costs and availability should be confirmed per project.
Can we request changes?
A reasonable revision process should be agreed in the quote, especially for video edits and larger campaigns.
